VOLUNTARY MONEY CONTRIBUTION

You can also donate any amount of money above the cost of registration to SUN PRAIRIE LITTLE LEAGUE.  This amount would have to be in the form of a separate check payable to Sun Prairie Little League.  You will receive a receipt from Sun Prairie Little League for your donation.

Here is my tax-deductible donation to the Sun Prairie Little League to help toward the cost for the Youth Baseball/Softball Complex.
