I acknowledge that I must attend a coach’s clinic as required by National Little League rules to be considered as a coach. This year’s clinic is scheduled on Wednesday, March 12th from 6:00 - 8:45 p.m. in the high school auditorium.  I acknowledge that if I am selected as a coach, the fee of $25 for this clinic will be reimbursed to me by the local League.

I also acknowledge that I am required to complete a Volunteer Application in order to be considered for this position. This form will authorize SPLL to conduct a background check on me.  Failure to attend the coach’s clinic, to complete this form, and/or to complete the Volunteer Application will eliminate me from being considered as a coach.  Background checks are now required and will be performed annually as part of the National Little League Child Protection Program.
